Four-In-One; Mini Revelations

I really love blogging ... even more so when I have something meaningful or of value to share. It's not something I often have time to do. As I was wondering what and when I could write another post, I realized my Instagram feed is comprised of a few mini-posts. So I thought I'd revisit some of them here...

RIGHTEOUSNESS AS FILTHY RAGS

Here is the sermon I referenced, by Pastor Truston Baba

BELIEVE

@PriscillaShirer's #ArmorOfGodStudy - #Week3 #Day2. "Abram's #Righteousness was credited to him because he #BELIEVED." #Belief is a powerful thing. Belief is what allows us to #TrustGod, to accept His #Gift of imputed righteousness (through His Son, Jesus.) And belief, it is what #Moves our #Faith TO #PRAY. Beliefs can often #Fail us in our present and ever-changing world. (Nothing seems #Constant anymore.) But just because we don't #SeeResults or "#Feel" anything right away, does not mean Victory is not underway. (For #WeBattle not against flesh and blood, we can't always see the #Warfare waged in the #HeavenyRealm for those who chose Him - because He does give us to the desires of our heart.) So if Satan can #Cripple our belief, we don't take up one of our BIGGEST defenses and weapons: Imputed Righteousness + Prayer. #SoBelieve . . . #GreenfieldVillage #HenryFord #Pottery #Potter @rturn16

RIGHTEOUSNESS AND THE CORNERSTONE

Another #Morning where I feel God #Speaking to me so loudly through my pictures. I love #BrickWalls and #Industrial deco and #ThePast. This #Wall was shot at #GreenfieldVillage, one of my favorite places to capture. Not because it was particularly beautiful, but just because I was drawn to it. This morning, years later, #TheMessage came #LoudAndClear with @PriscillaShirer's #ArmorOfGodStudy - many of us, as Christians, are like this brick wall. We see the #Sin #Stained #Flaws - but because of our #Belief in God's Son, Jesus, He sees the sure foundation, the #Cornerstone, #Righteousness. 1 Peter 2:7-8 To you who believe, then, this stone is precious. But to those who do not believe, “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,” and, “A stone of stumbling and a rock of offense.” . . #HenryFord @rturn16
